The painting style is akin to the Cretan icons that were influenced by the Italian Renaissance.
Description
The central field depicts the patron full length. The names of donors and the year when the icon was painted are discretely written in the lower part. The background is golden in the upper half; the lower half is given to crenellated rocks. A Christ in the upper corner blesses the saint.
